This third season, with fewer but longer episodes, was fantastic. Channon is really growing into himself—as a person, as a submissive, as Jack’s boy. And Jack is changing, too, becoming Channon’s Sir in ways I wasn’t completely certain he could. But there are always missteps along the way, so don’t get too comfortable! This season includes Channon’s introduction to Ewan, who is featured with Nate in A Collar for His Brat, a spin-off that is a must-read for fans of this series.What follows are my reviews for each individual episode:Episode 25, Submissive Behavior, five starsThey’re back!Ahh, while it was lovely to read about Nate and Ewan in A Collar for His Brat, I am delighted that Jack and Channon have returned. This one was a hard read for me because I felt so bad for what Channon was going through—questioning his own manliness, as he had in his childhood, and questioning his future with Jack—so I was relieved that the author didn’t make us wait for the next episode before Channon could talk with his Sir and get on better footing again. Whew!Episode 26, Lessons Learned, five starsAnother excellent episodeOh, what a delight, another glimpse at the lives of Jack and Channon (with a bit of Ewan and Nate, too). I admit I was pretty nervous about this episode, as I wasn’t sure how Channon would do at school, but it was so good. I especially enjoyed Master Gabriel’s class. And then the party at Sir’s...my stomach was in knots! I won’t spoil it for you. But I loved what happened. And I can’t wait for the next book, about Channon’s birthday!Episode 27, Birthday Wishes, five starsBest. Birthday. Ever.Ugh! Channon's father is such a (word that got my reviewer privileges suspended for three weeks), and his mother isn't much better. I'm so happy that he has Jack. This was a great episode, with a glimpse of Nate and Ewan, and the return of an old friend of Channon's. (I won't spoil it for you.) This series continues to delight me, and I can't wait for the next installment!Episode 28, Safety First, four starsNot what I’ve come to expect with this seriesI’m not sure what to think of this episode. I really liked parts of it, but there wasn’t the usual Jack-and-Channon interplay. I would have loved it if Channon and Kim’s shopping trip had been on page instead of off, as I wanted to experience Channon’s embarrassment with him. And having recently read the “What If” fantasy with Channon and Ewan playing together, I found it hard to shift gears when those two were having a rather contentious lunchtime conversation. However the book made me feel, I did like the ending a lot, with Channon letting Jack know in no uncertain terms what he didn’t want. But I hope the next episode is more in keeping with the rest of the series.Episode 29, Change of Plans, five starsBack on trackOhhh, this was so good! I wasn’t a fan of the previous episode, but this one made up for it. I don’t want to give anything away, but I like where things are going. Argh, there’s more I want to say, but it would be spoiling things! So just download this book already—I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!Episode 30, Group Activities, five starsElectrifying!There are no words for how utterly delicious this was. With every book, I fall harder and harder for these guys! Channon continues to grow up, and Jack is right there with him, guiding and steering and loving him. I get goosebumps just thinking about it. And this book had a healthy helping of Nate and Ewan—always a treat—but this interaction was even more amazing than usual. I can’t wait for the beginning of the next season. What other delights does the author have in store? (Is it November yet?)
