First I would like to get the “not likes” out of the way...I’m not a fan of the “fill me up” sex phrase. Also in regards to the sexual encounters; the term “the mating position” kept being used but was not clearly explained and thus confusing. A rape kept being referred to as “she is the one who had groomed me” this I don’t understand at all. There is many grammar issues that I’m not used to from this author, wrong words and missing words and such. The last thing was the ending of the climax. In the end of the chapter one of the main characters is severely hurt and is dying. The scene ends. The next chapter starts and we are not 3-4 weeks later where she is doing much better and preparing for a ceremony. I would have liked to see a little of the surgery and recovery process because she was so badly damaged. Were there scares and such?What I did like about this book was the story. Love the Scottish wolves and the descriptions of their appearance, so dang sexy. The two main character are wonderful and perfect for each other. The world building was phenomenal with tree houses and fairy lights and all. This is a f/f story with a happily ever after. The rape is not described and only hinted at. There are serval sex scenes as well as violent fights. Looking forward to the next installment.
